Water Damaged Padding Removed/Replaced

A leak in HVAC caused damage to the carpet padding in a bedroom.  The room was a guest room and was not in use at the time.  By the time the homeowner noticed the issue the padding had to be removed, subfloor dried and disinfected, and padding replaced.  An adjacent room was also affected but to a lesser degree.  It had ceramic tile so only drywall and baseboard was affected. 

We completed his repairs as well and the whole process took 6 days total.  At the end the homeowner could not tell he had a water loss in his residence.  They even contracted us to clean the other carpeted rooms in the house on the final day.
