Mold Remediation In Medical Center.

Microbial growth was found behind the commercial cove base in a medical center.  The structure had a waterline break that week and finally filed their claim on day 5.  The structure was still reading high moisture in 4 observation rooms and 1 office space.  All showed signs of growth so we proceeded to remove the affected drywall, clean and disinfect metal studs and dehumidify the structure.  Once structure dried, they immediately requested their build back which we did and they were back to preloss condition 4 days after. Our team responded quickly, resulting in the mold situation to be handled quickly and for business to run smoothly without disruption.
