Water Damage in Brownsville Tx

Pipe break in the restroom ceiling affected ceiling and walls.  Cabinets and drywall were affected to a degree that removal was necessary. The insulation in the exterior wall was completely saturated and there was no guarantee we could dry it down.  The only logical solution was to remove the drywall, mirror and bathroom cabinets in order to open up the cavity for drying.

We dried the remaining stud work in 3 days and we were ready for repairs at that point.  The homeowner was in a time crunch due to work engagement out of town but we were able to completer the project within her time frame.
