SERVPRO of East Brownsville and South Padre Island assisted on the re-construction process of this client's home.

After suffering a water loss in their vacation home, we were in charge of leaving this residence in preloss conditions. For this to occur, our construction team needed to replace insulation, drywall and apply texture in certain rooms in the home.

The next step was to replace baseboard stain grade and apply two coats of paint on walls in most of the residence. We continued to install new pad and carpet.

Finally, our techs put all the furniture back in place, make a last cleanup and proceeded to leaving the home ready for summertime! "Like it never even happened."
