Fire Pack-Out South Padre Island Texas

An electrical Fire in a bedroom did not produce significant damages from the flames.  A faulty cord plugged into the wall overheated and ignited some window drapery and an exterior wall.  

The fire did produce significant smoke due to the materials that burned.  In order to effectively clean and deodorize the structure, the contents had to be packed out and brought to our facility for contents processing.  The contents have to be inventoried, tagged and photographed before they leave the structure.  They then are transported and unloaded in a designated area for the cleaning and deodorization of them.   Once cleaned they are placed in a clean, climate controlled area awaiting delivery back to the homeowner.
